Have sweet dreams with your favorite music
If you have your computer beside your bed, this simple tool can help you to get to sleep better and faster than the traditional sheep counting method.
Sweet Dreams controls the system volume automatically. It can be set to reduce it progressively along a period of time, so that you can leave your PC playing music - or a movie - just before getting into bed and let the gentle soundtrack rock you while your lids start to feel way too heavy.
When you fall asleep, Sweet Dreams will take care of switching off the monitor, hibernating the PC or simply turning it off completely.
The program displays a confusing interface that's hard to understand at first sight.
Also, there's no documentation or help available except for some tooltips. But don't worry: after playing with its slides for a while, you'll get the idea.
